What a wonderful week! It's definitely felt like Eximia on tour... 🌍 Starting off with a great team day, where we discussed how we can be more efficient for ourselves and our clients – and where, surprisingly, I made the leaderboard for our darts game! 🎯 Then, the ProShare conference. Murray Tompsett, Cansu Simsek and the team put on a fabulous event, with some great sessions. Finally, I attended the IPSA - Irish ProShare Association Employee Share Ownership Day in Dublin yesterday. I had the privilege of speaking 🎤 with Cara Culleton on the launch of Kerry's global all-employee plan, and explain how AI is impacting the way we communicate as part of a panel moderated by Marie Flynn. A superb event by the team at PwC, hosted by the inimitable Darren Smith 🌟 Going to spend the rest of the afternoon exploring Dublin, since I've never visited Ireland before 🇮🇪 then off home to Halo and Bagheera! 🐈⬛🐈⬛

A great day at ProShare's annual conference yesterday! Thanks to Murray Tompsett and the wider team who brought us all together! Reflecting on our conversation on Communicating a Share Plan Successfully 🎤 with Trecilla Lobo and Peter Ahern... 🌟 Key points were: 👉 Lay solid foundations – incorporate communication strategies right from the start. It helps join the dots and tailor messaging to resonate. 👉 Align stakeholders & sponsors – bring everyone on board early, including local champions. When key players feel involved, they're well-equipped to be stong advocates. 👉 Expectations of the workforce – flexibility, self-service information, and a mix of communication channels are key. Microsites, bite-sized content, and the human touch are needed make a difference. 👉 Treat employee engagement as a journey – one that begins at the design phase and evolves through each stage of the plan. 📝 It’s not about siloed one-off communications at the start and end, but regular interactions throughout and beyond. 💡 #EmployeeEngagement #SharePlans #CommunicationStrategy #NextGenComms
