But this can present itself in all kinds of ways – from managing a sales team to developing a new proposition, launching a new product and marketing strategy or improving internal systems and processes. However, sometimes the issues are not instantly obvious as the source of a ‘sales’ problem such as operational challenges or organisational structure. Over the years, we’ve learned what works and what doesn’t - we use our experience and methods to quickly identify and address the key ‘sales’ challenges that any business is facing, whatever they may be. For those of you that don’t know, Adrian Danks has now been with Firestarter for 7 years 🔥 Adrian Danks is our client services director, his overall responsibility is to ensure that all client projects are managed effectively and that we consistently maintaining our high-quality standards of service. Adrian spends a lot of his time focusing on account planning, customer satisfaction, training & development by providing not only expert knowledge but experience. Outside of work, Adrian is a keen rugby fan, being a qualified Touch Rugby coach and referee, as well as a player. This year Adrian was chosen to be part of England’s High Performance squad in preparation for the Touch World Cup but ultimately ended up as England Defence Coach at the world cup this summer, proudly bringing home a World Cup Bronze Medal.
