Esta was spotted on campus this week... obviously raring to go with the exam prep! Just Be Maritime
After a very exhausting and long 2 months onboard Maersk Achiever I can now say I have my 12 months of seatime!! This day felt like a long time coming but I am so greatful for the few crew members that got me through my last trip! I was lucky enough to get my first 16 DP days and still under supervision got the chance to do my first manoeuvre alongside a rig which I have to say was very scary but I’ve gained so much knowledge from these 16 days on active DP! I can’t thank Maersk Supply Service enough for giving me the opportunity to sail onboard 5 of their vessels and thank you to every single crew member that has taken the time to not just teach me but to guide me along the way and supporting me even years after I sailed with you! Thank you to my training officers at Just Be Maritime for having the patience to deal with my 1000 questions and supporting me through some of the hard times in my cadetship. It’s been a long road and I never thought I’d get this far but I’m so excited for whatever the future brings, first it’s exams which will be long but it will be so worth the stress! 🩵⚓️

It’s Maritime UK week!
