    There's one thing I wish we'd done this since day one of running a business👇 Put more people off wanting to work here It might seem like an odd thing to say, but the best employer brands put as many people off as they attract It's the dream for a company to attract talent that will thrive in their specific working environment, rather than dealing with issues later down the line But how do you go about doing that? • Be super clear about exactly what you offer (e.g. we are remote-first, not fully remote, so people do have to come in once a month) • Talk about the bits that might not be for everyone (e.g. start-ups are fast paced and unpredictable which isn't for everyone) • Ask questions in interview about ways of working to understand if they will thrive in our culture and working environment   • Understand motivations for wanting this role and whether that aligns with the business goals and the demands of that role It's easier said than done, but building a transparent and authentic employer brand and a hiring process that seeks to understand fit from multiple angles is one of the best things you can do for your company We get all of our talent through Flexa, because top talent discovers us through filters based on personal preference - it's efficient and effective #EmployerBranding #FutureOfWork #Hiring
