As we all get over the #EURO2024 final and disappointment for #England fans, thoughts will start to turn back to domestic and continental competitions including pre-season tours, player trading and FFP/FSR/PSR compliance. With an ever evolving regulatory landscape, new competitions such as the FIFA Club World Cup and multi-club ownership becoming more commonplace, it is vital for "Off-Pitch Professionals" to stay up to date with compliance and regulation which seems to be increasing in complexity. European football, it's domestic leagues, continental club and international competitions has dominated #football and generated financial success on the back of this domination. But will this success last with regulatory bodies looking to address competitive imbalance and financial sustainability throughout the European game. Should Manchester United fans be worried about #FFP (PSR and FSR) with third quarter revenues being lower than the previous quarter? With revised record-breaking revenues forecast, there should be nothing to worry about. Especially with $300m equity investment from new shareholder Sir Jim Ratcliffe which takes the allowable losses for a three-year monitoring period to a basic €60m (with potential further advancements) for UEFA and £105m for the Premier League.
