We are excited to announce that National Inclusion Week (NIW) 2024 is just around the corner! This year's theme is "Impact Matters," which focuses on understanding, measuring, and driving real inclusion and diversity (I&D) impact across our organisation. It's an opportunity for all of us to come together, reflect, and take meaningful action to create sustainable change. This year, we are thrilled to be partnering with other housing associations from the Yorkshire and Humber region and HDN. This collaboration will make NIW 2024 an even more powerful experience as we work together to amplify our impact. Foundation Wakefield delivers the ''Access to Housing Pathway.'' 🏡 This Pathway provides housing related support to people who are at risk of homelessness and need support to both find and maintain suitable housing. We heard from a client recently, about the amazing support they received from Foundation Wakefield. ''The support I received from Foundation Wakefield was life changing, we went from having nothing and living in a car to now living in a home I am proud of. I couldn’t thank Foundation housing enough for what they have done for me.'' It is great to see our services having long lasting impacts on our clients. 🏡💜 So glad to hear this client is in a better place and has a safe and secure home.
