🎉 Practical Completion of Eden Campus, Kingston! 🎉 We are thrilled to announce the practical completion of the Eden Campus in Kingston. This development provides 290,000 sq ft of commercial office space across two buildings, with Unilever taking the Lease on both buildings, as well as a new car park with 356 car parking spaces, with 30% of them equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. One of the project’s standout features is the creation of a new publically accessible woodland walk, enhancing the green space in the area and promoting well-being for all who visit. The project has achieved an EPC A rating, BREEAM Excellent certification, and WIRED Platinum status. We are incredibly proud to have been the Project Managers and Employer’s Agents on this project, working alongside an exceptional team. Project Update: Insight Client Fulfilment Centre in Sheffield   We're delighted to share a significant milestone in our latest commercial / industrial project.   After months (and years) of collaboration with our repeat client (Insight), the consultant team (Maze Workplace and Hoare Lea), and contractor (Oktra), the fitout phase has finally commenced on site and its now full steam ahead.   Just a couple of weeks into a 23-week fitout programme, and today it's been exciting to see: 🚻 site facilities, welfare, and temporary services installed 🧱 partitioning work commenced 🚿 high level sprinkler pipework being installed   Well done to everyone involved to date who has helped get us to this stage, and we’re looking forward to seeing the design get translated from plans to real life.   #ConstuctionUpdate #ProjectManagement #Teamwork #Consultancy #ConstructionLeadership #Fitout #deliveringbetteroutcomes

It was fantastic to have been part of Viridien's transition and move to their cutting-edge, energy-efficient, and modern High Performing Computing facility.
