  • I’m wrapping up a super week at our rapidly growing site in the UK. The week started with team building with the Executive Leadership Team and continued into a celebration of the opening of our latest microbial fermentation expansion as well as a recognition of our colleague Subhash Chaudhary MBE celebrating his 50th year working on site. Together with the entire executive leadership team, I had the opportunity to Gemba two additional expansion projects in the UK, building on our KojoX network philosophy. I am so proud to see the progress we are making. At the end of the week, I met with colleagues for a casual chat. Connecting with employees always inspires me and gives me better insight into day-to-day business on the site. It reminds me of the amazing employees we have and their commitment to the important work we do as true Partners for Life. Putting People First is the key to our success; thank you all for making me feel welcome and sharing your Genki and passion to delivering life-impacting medicines to patients.

We wanted to share some impressions from last week, when our UK site welcomed back 70+ previous employees and retirees to celebrate 50 years of service for Subhash Chaudhary MBE. We heard about the massive impact Subhash has had on our company, our industry and most of all, on so many people. One of Subhash's dreams was to see the UK BioCampus Strategy come to life, so hosting the celebration in the already completed phase one building, New Billingham House, and providing tours of the two phases nearing completion, made it even more special. It was a marvelous day of people reconnecting after many years - take a look.... #PartnersforLife #Biotech #EmployeeAppreciation #Celebration
