    I had the incredible opportunity to deliver two seminars last week at University Academy 92 (UA92) on the topic Power of Perspective: Transform Challenges into Opportunities.   We often face obstacles that seem insurmountable, but with the right mindset, we can transform those challenges into stepping stones towards growth and success - something we focus on developing at the Furza Academy.   Opportunities like these remind me why I'm so passionate about what I do - helping our future leaders see their potential and the power they have to shape their own journeys.   Thank you to everyone at University Academy 92 (UA92) for the warm welcome and to all the students for their incredible participation.     One year ago today we took on these two wonderful graduates with the help of Ashleigh Cocker Georgia Mee and the team at Furza. Since that Elicia Marks & Thomas Mayhew have become very credible Digital Advertising Consultants at LOCALiQ_UK and with the leadership and coaching support of Lee Taylor-Craddock, Josh Holmes, Linda Fellows, Donna Maddock along the way have only just started to climb on what is already a steep and exponential development curve.
