We are proud to announce that we will be delivering a voestalpine Metsec plc SFS package for Vistry Group at the Meridian 2 development in Enfield. This project will consist of four blocks, providing 274 new apartments across mixed tenures, contributing to much-needed housing in London. Located at Leeside Road, Tottenham, this former industrial site is being transformed into a vibrant residential community. Our expertise in SFS framing solutions will help ensure a high-quality, efficient, and sustainable build for this major regeneration scheme. We’re excited to announce the completion of the Pike Close project in Bromley, where GA Interiors Ltd had the privilege of working alongside Vistry Group. Our team played a key role in delivering both external and internal works. This included the installation of the Metsec SFS system and Y-wall boards up to the 8th floor, as well as applying Obex EPDM membranes for weather resistance. Inside, we installed party walls, internal partitions, shaft walls, and suspended MF ceilings, all in line with British Gypsum standards. Additionally, we carried out fire stopping at all penetrations using Nullifire products, ensuring the building met strict fire safety requirements.
