We are delighted to have handed over our recent project for WorkWell at Copthall Bridge House in Harrogate. It's been great to be involved in the development of this Project and to be part of the transformation of the building into over 30,000sqft of high specification and detailed office space. It’s always that little bit more rewarding working in our home town and its great to see the building now occupied and being used. HACS are very proud to been part of this, working with a great team over the last 18 months - thanks to all involved. 🌟 Project Secured 🌟 We are delighted to have been awarded the Drywall & Ceilings package at Bradford Royal Infirmary. The new £25m state-of-the-art Endoscopy unit is due for completion in late 2025 and will be connected to the main hospital building. This is our first collaboration with Robertson Group, and we are confident in building a strong partnership that will lead to future projects together. Watch this space for progress pictures as the building starts to take shape!

Following on from our last post we had a head office Christmas Jumper Day to raise a few more pounds for Barnsley Foodbank. Today we have delivered the food and to say they were grateful is an understatement! On a side note, how quickly do Aldi checkout staff scan the items, packing up this much food was a cardio workout!! Head office closes on the 23rd & we reopen on the 2nd January. 🎄Someone recently mentioned to our buyer Sophie Scaife that the local food banks are really struggling this year as they aren’t getting anywhere near the level of donations they normally get … With this in mind, we have decided to donate to a local foodbank rather than handing out the usual bottles / gifts to our clients I’m sure everyone will agree, this will be a preferable alternative & will hopefully help people in the local community that may be may be struggling over Christmas 🎄

📍 Project Complete Final images have been received today of a project we completed in the summer. Trinity Academy St Edwards (TASE) in Barnsley is a new £25m school for Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd which now houses up to 900 pupils. YDL undertook the Knauf Insulation UK & Ireland partitions & Zentia - UK Ceilings packages, supplied via Encon & Nevill Long Its been a pleasure working with this site team, hopefully we will meet again on another project!

📍 Project Award We have recently started on Pudsey 6th Form College for Caddick Construction Limited installing Promat board to beams and columns along with Kingspan Group SFS, Siniat Partitions & Rockfon Suspended Ceilings via CCF. The new £11.4m college in Leeds will cater for 600 students aged 16 to 18 years and is expected to reach completion in time for the 2025/26 academic year YDL works are well underway wrapping beams and columns and we will shortly be commencing installation of SFS
