Lots of "B" words thrown around last night 🤭 – by that we mean Baseline, Bank, Balances, and Bonuses! 😂 But more importantly, what an evening! It was fantastic to see so many members attend and have a good chat with legends Vineta Bajaj, Dan Fletcher, and Shivi Jain about Agile Scenario Planning. We also had a great discussion afterwards about the best ways to keep your staff motivated. The discussions and feedback were invaluable, and it’s clear that big things are on the horizon for GENCFO Community. We covered a lot, from securing a fantastic new venue for the Digital Finance Function Awards to refreshing our content strategy. A key focus of our conversation was the current trends shaping the accounting and finance sectors, including how developments like AI and digital transformation are impacting the profession.
