At GEO-PRECISE Ltd. we are rather busy carrying out floor Surface Regularity reporting this month. With our inhouse SR reporting software called Flat4 we are able to evaluate industrial concrete floor surfaces within a few hours from receiving the registered point cloud data for warehouse floors on the scale of tens of thousands of square meters. Our Reports contain essential statistical records of the floor geometry to recognise deviations that are occurring during the construction. The documents also include custom scale engineering maps for each type of irregularities, for easy visualisation, as well as detailed AutoCAD drawings and coordinate lists to help the remediation team locating the errors on site. Flat4 is compatible to well-known UK, EU, and US standards, to robotic (AS/RS) flooring standards used by companies like Amazon or EXOTEC and it is easily configurable to suit any required custom parameters. Grinding plans are based on a digital grinding sequence through multiple iterations, targeted to ZERO errors. We based our business on more than 35 years of experience, that we have gained being involved in 250 linear miles of topographic surveys, 100s of miles of railway and highway construction and 5M ft2 building and open space developments in the UK and in the EU, totalling of more than £3 billion in value, including major projects like HS2.
