We’re on a mission to transform employee health and wellbeing. We started by tackling the underserved areas of healthcare that others overlook - like Menopause, Fertility, Pregnancy & Parenthood, Men’s Health, and Women’s Health. Our trusted, clinically-led services are delivered by specialist nurse practitioners via our app, offering personalised support when it’s needed most. From one-on-one consultations to on-demand resources, we empower people to take control of their health with expert guidance every step of the way. But we didn’t stop there. We listened to feedback from clients who wanted more visibility and engagement with benefits - and we’re excited to say we’ve responded in a big way. In Jan 2025, we are launching the Peppy Employee Benefits Platform, an all-in-one benefits platform, powered by AI, delivering an incredible hyper-personalised employee experience. Not only does it make benefits simpler to manage, but it also delivers a hyper-personalised experience, ensuring employees receive the right support exactly when they need it. With Peppy, you get the best of both worlds: expert, clinically-led health services through our app, alongside an AI-powered benefits platform that harmonises and simplifies benefits management.

Last Thursday, 'Great Place To Work UK' released their Great Places to Work for Wellbeing list, and boy, were Beth Daniel and Becky Gayton ready! Armed with pens and cards, designed by our in-house wonder Sara Poljak, they started scribbling away our congratulations. It took them over 15 hours each! Fast forward to today, and while most people are out voting, Beth and Becky have made sure that all 101 people-leaders from the winning companies have a little piece of Peppy heading their way. Would you replace your first born with a robot? No, we didn’t think so. Neither would we. Just like we wouldn’t use AI to replace the wonderful humans (below) who are the heart and soul of Peppy’s Menopause, Fertility, Parenthood and Pregnancy, Men’s and Women’s Health services. We have just introduced Peppy Navigator, an AI-first benefits platform, but this bright young thing is an addition to Peppy’s family. It’s like we’re adding a super cool sibling - no one is being replaced! Peppy Navigator will improve visibility and access to our other Peppy services.
