Glowmade is a vibrant team with big hearts and bigger ideas. Our three founders worked together at Lionhead, made some lovely stuff, got on well, shared stories, shared dreams - well, you know the kind of thing. The critical catalyst was the combination of their core skills - code, design and art. The essence of game creation. So, a foundation was laid. From this foundation, we steadily grew. Now, as an established studio based in Guildford, UK, we have an experienced team, all of whom have previously worked on some great games and for some fantastic companies, but we want to achieve more. Any company’s culture will develop over time, but from the very start, we have wanted to have a defined vision with creative guidelines: Glowmade is about inclusivity, player creativity, exploration, community and surprise.

I’m so excited to be attending Pocket Gamer Connects in Helsinki at the beginning of October! I’ll be running a roundtable alongside my good friends Alice Bowman, Jordan Scott, and Nina Kim, where we will be discussing ethics in free to play games. I’m excited to bring my unique perspective to the table and cover my long-term experience in mobile compared to my recent transition into the pc and console space. Also very proud to be representing Glowmade for the first time at an external event! Official Glow Jam hours are over, but something tells me we'll keep polishing these projects off once we get home! From lino, clay, kitbashing, music production, film-making, learning Unreal, knitting, and tackling enormous Lego builds; this year's jam has been bigger than ever! What a truly awesome team we have 💛 💚 💙
It's one of our most anticipated weeks of the year: the annual Glow Jam! An in-house art jam where the studio bands together to try new crafts that are outside of our usual disciplines ❤️ 🎨 Glowmade is a team with a constantly bubbling imagination, so we love any opportunity to let it all flow. Half of King of Meat's foundation is its Creation Tools, after all - you can't make a UGC title without living and breathing creation! ✨
