It always feels great to be given an opportunity to celebrate the wins! 🍾 At Goldratt UK we’re grateful to have been recognised alongside the dedicated teams at RAF Valley BAE Systems / Babcock - Aviation Sector for the successful implementation of Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) which aimed to maintain jets in less time and with less cost. Last weekend, at the TOCICO conference in Germany, the team’s hard work and commitment to these new ways of working was rewarded with the ‘TOCICO Outstanding Implementation’ award. Our MD, Andy Watt, is pictured below alongside CCPM advocates René Nibbelke ChPP CQP and Simon White who have propelled BAE Systems forward on its CCPM journey.
