Lasting Legacy Left by Greater Lincolnshire LEP as Functions are Transferred to Councils Lincolnshire County Council and the emerging Greater Lincolnshire County Combined Authority (GLCCA) are set to continue the work of the Greater Lincolnshire LEP and build on its legacy as they formally take over activities. From 1st February the key functions and the staff of the LEP have been integrated into the authorities as part of local leaders’ and government plans for devolution. Skills Bootcamps, the Careers Hub, the UK Food Valley and Business Lincolnshire will continue to operate at a Greater Lincolnshire level; they will be delivered by Lincolnshire County Council and will remain unchanged. The Greater Lincolnshire LEP extends its sincere thanks to all partners, colleagues and stakeholders and the new administration remains committed to ensuring that the voice of business remains central to unfolding economic opportunities.
