Technology, Information and Media

Curating the best and most innovative digital solutions worldwide.

About us

greyhairworks is the no-nonsense connector of three constituents in the world of innovation: 1) Corporates who need innovation but have no realistic option to find what they need amidst all the noise. 2) Solution partners, typically scale-ups, whose products and services can make magic happen but who can’t always tailor the offer to suit let alone access the corporate decision-makers. 3) Associates – the greyhairs. Our rocket fuel. Experienced folk who have both been there and done that. And who can tell cr*p from a mile off. They’re still on fire, still engaged, and now they enjoy also connecting great solutions to deserving challenges.

  • The gift of AI (for Strategy, Insight and Market Research leaders) 🎁 ✨The most common application of AI right now is enhancing and augmenting your jobs to be done. But it also gives you an opportunity to solve an existing problem in completely different way. In this fabulous article and video from Swarovski’s Laura Brazay, a leading client of Bolt Insight and pioneer in this space, Laura share’s how AI can enable market research leaders to operate at a speed, quality and style that has previously been impossible. 😱 Running a study across US, China and Germany to deliver comprehensive analysis, blending AI-powered data collection with human expertise to answer the big questions about jewellery gifting in just 2 days (from briefing to completion)… is pretty mind-blowing! 👏 Huge kudos to Laura, and the Bolt team, for shining a light on how to embrace innovative tech effectively, and the positive business impact - you can read more here - https://lnkd.in/etUpxvhE Another great example of why #greyhairworks

  • The internet Killed MTV 📺🔫 Matthew Kershaw led MTV UK & Ireland’s digital efforts during the rise of the internet, and in this superbly honest article he recounts how clinging to profitable legacy models, underestimating online disruptors, and focusing on short-term wins led to the brand’s decline. But from this are key takeaways for navigating the next disruption, including: ✨ Disrupting Yourself: AI demands #reinvention, not just repurposing old strategies. 🔍 Spot Real Threats: True competition often comes from unexpected sources. 🤔 Think Long-Term: Align incentives with future goals, not immediate profits. 🎬 Act Fast: Don’t let gradual shifts delay urgent action. (this is a beauty!!) Please read it here: https://lnkd.in/ef4PYVFA Huge thanks to Matthew for these amazing lessons learned, and some ‘grey haired’ advice for those looking to reinvent their business or career with with Digital and AI. And of course, a great debate starter. Another good reason why #greyhairworks
