Always such a great feeling when I pop into a client and they have Loyalsnap pulled up on their screen. Gorgeous day in Charlotte, North Carolina visiting clients. Usually I can tease out a few suggestions or things that my team and I can improve. José was resolute: “We’re having a great time. Business is good, and getting better.”

Had to look up what "Bosh" means—feedback from a UK client trying our WhatsApp integration, launching in open beta today. (From Reddit: "It means 'done in a quick and effective manner,' a shortening of the term 'Bish Bash Bosh', which was a fighting term used in the early 1800s, probably intended to mean finishing a fisticuff quickly.") For boutique fitness studios, individual personal conversations with clients are fuel to strengthen communities and profit. If you want to build a thriving community, your communication should focus on helping members achieve their goals, not just offering the next deal. People don’t stay for discounts…they stay for results.

Sometimes being a Fitness Studio Owner/Operator is like being Taylor Swift (or any Chiefs fan) at the Superbowl. You feel hopeless as you stare at the scoreboard, watching the other team’s lead grow... while your team, despite all its effort, just can’t seem to figure out how to put up any points. "How is this possible?" You think to yourself. You do everything the "experts" say you should do... 📉 You reach out to leads within five minutes: they ghost you. 📉 You offer the best intro deal in town: they never convert afterwards. 📉 You send the promotional text your franchisor wrote: almost every reply says “STOP.” 📉 You switch to a new booking platform with all the bells and whistles—but it’s still sending the same tired, studio-centric messages that don’t help clients explain to themselves why your studio will be valuable to them. At what point do you stop blaming execution and start questioning the entire system? Because in today’s world, if you’re just blasting out texts and emails hoping for the best... you’re not running a client centric strategy. You’re just staring at the scoreboard, waiting for a miracle. And that never wins games.
