International Women’s Day isn’t just a moment to reflect—it’s a call to move, to act, to make real change happen. This year’s theme, #AccelerateAction, is exactly what we need. While there can be space for reflection and slow movements, there is also the time to really ‘lean in’ and move with intention. At the 360 Degree Society, action is at the heart of what we do. It’s not about ticking boxes or making surface-level pledges. It’s about reshaping systems, deepening partnerships, and ensuring that women and other underrepresented groups —especially those too often unheard—have the power to shape the places they live, work, and lead. As Chief Operating Officer of an ambitious and scaling organisation it can be hard to step back from the busyness and the operational demands of the business to make sure we’re growing an inclusive enterprise. To grow a mission driven business means taking time to step back and make sure we’re demonstrating our values through our actions. Real change happens: through bold leadership, radical collaboration, and a refusal to accept things as they are. Whether it’s through rethinking how our communities are designed, challenging outdated policies, or forging partnerships that shift the status quo, I believe in action that has lasting impact. We have some incredible female leaders in our team at 360 Degree Society, passionate individuals on a mission for social change. So today, I’m celebrating the women who make change happen. The ones who disrupt, who challenge, who build something better. The ones who take risks, open doors, and pull others through with them. But celebration alone isn’t enough. We need to accelerate action. Push for equity in every space. Break barriers and keep going, no matter how long the road ahead seems. Change isn’t just possible—it’s happening. Let’s keep up the momentum. I hope we all have a happy International Womens Day. Kris Mackay #AccelerateAction #WomenInLeadership #RealChangeHappens #IWD2025

I attended an absolutely brilliant 3D Connect Session this morning for Growing Circles. Andy Hanselman and Jill White always make you feel so welcome and create a great atmosphere. The speaker today was Rowan Campbell-Pilling who was fascinating to hear, i think im probably and F1 fan now. (Today was at DoubleTree by Hilton on Brammall Lane where the carpet is actually what steel looks like under a microscope!) Also great to catch up with Ericka Hill, Liz B., Samantha Headford and to meet Marina Wood and others. Sheffield United Football Club leaf HOSPITALITY See it Be it in Sheffield

I'm glad the ice has melted but it sure made the Burbage Valley look beautiful. It was covered in tiny ice crystals. The nature and green (white) places on our doorstep never fail to inspire - and the company was good too. Fresh air, a clear head, and a chance to recharge. Here's to more moments like this! #PeakDistrict #NatureLovers #OutdoorsAdventure
