Engineering excellence meets architectural ambition in Tel Aviv. 🏙️✨ Landmark Tel Aviv, designed by Yashar Architects, is an iconic addition to the city’s skyline, with its two 45-floor towers and 60-meter glazed atrium. As one of Israel’s first LEED Platinum-certified buildings, it integrates sustainability with stunning design. We contributed a bespoke shading solution for the atrium, overcoming challenges like glare control, heat reduction, and a dynamic cable wall façade. Our team designed and installed over 350 custom roller blinds, each up to 20 meters tall, seamlessly blending function with the building’s striking aesthetic. But today, we're highlighting something closer to home—a stunning residential project! 🏡✨ Our partners Charltons Curtains And Blinds Limited were approached by a client struggling with heat and light issues in a room with a roof lantern, making it difficult to see their projector.📽 Darren Charlton stepped in where others had been unable to provide a solution, with a live TESS™ sample. After discussing fabrics for heat control and minimal light bleed, alongside motor and power options with the customer, he came up with the solution. ✅ 💡A Somfy Sonnesse 40 RTS motor for its ease of use, paired with the TESS™ 660 system. 🌿 TOUR RACINE – A Transformation in the Heart of Paris 🇫🇷   In the 12th arrondissement, the former ONF (National Forestry Office) headquarters has been reimagined into a stunning, multi-purpose building.   From vegetable gardens 🪴and agricultural greenhouses to living spaces and adaptable third places, TOUR RACINE integrates nature into every level.   We worked with ARCORA, and architect Maud Caubet, to specify and deliver the TESS™ 102 triangular blinds, which precisely regulate light radiating through the breathtaking glass greenhouse on the roof.   A huge thanks to our French partners, TIR Technologies OFB division, for their excellent installation.
