Every available ray of light pours into the Esher home we built recently, thanks to floor-to-ceiling glazing set within a steel framework. There’s something very satisfying about these clean lines and junctions between different materials. It’s this attention to detail that gets us out of bed in the morning and produces the fine quality we’re renowned for. Project update: Sunningdale mansion with Ascot Design Here’s a tease of our Sunningdale mansion’s façade. We’ll be craning in the pediment shortly and installing the stone balustrades around the roof. Then we’ll painstakingly install the beautiful stone detailing around the 10,000 sq ft home – portico entrance, Doric columns, ornate external cornices, friezes and quoins. 👀Watch out for the big reveal when we take the scaffolding down. #FineBuilding #PrimeResidential

We are expert construction managers, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t seek to constantly improve ourselves, as well the company's management systems and processes. Last week, our operations team started a leadership and management course to hone our skills. Our recent Ealing project with Hodgkinson Design is a masterclass of wall panelling, enhancing the Victorian origins of the property. We installed full wall panelling in the living and drawing rooms. And continued the wainscoting (lower wall panelling) in the hallway and staircase. Originally a decorative feature born out of the practical, wall panelling would help insulate, cover uneven walls and protect from damage. Nowadays, it can, as in this case, add to the cohesive aesthetic. Further features we added to honour the building’s history include classic architraves, Element 7's herringbone parquet flooring, and decorative plasterwork by Locker & Riley Together, we created a home that celebrates its heritage while embracing modern trends. #LondonHomes #VictorianHomes #PeriodHomes #AttentionToDetail

Dark mornings and January blues aren’t a problem when you’re getting ready in this beautiful bathroom we realised for Hodgkinson Design The master bathroom features butt-jointed natural stone tiles from Salvatori as well as textured wall panelling. This contemporary oasis is part of a comprehensive refurbishment and extension of a Victorian property in Ealing. Things are progressing well at our contemporary Guildford project with Stolon Studio It’s a restricted access site on a steep incline, but with our experience of challenging plots, we’re taking things in our stride. We’re particularly pleased with the progress and fine finish of the wide and shallow Roman handmade bricks from the Bespoke Brick Company. They really add to the sleek vision. The design cleverly conceals guttering and other practical elements to produce clean lines to maintain the modern look for the 3,500 sq ft four-bed home. #ContemporaryHomes #FineBuilding #SurreyHomes #AttentionToDetail

Topping out of the Hyde 👀Check out the latest drone footage from our Buckinghamshire project with Mullery Architects The reinforced roof covers 500m². We completed the complex concrete pour in two phases. The topping out marks a significant milestone in this 15-month project. Christian Hale, MD, comments, “We’re about two-thirds of the way through this striking project. I’m so proud of the collaboration, care, and attention the entire team has shown so far. The site team have had their work cut out, along with our structural engineer partners Adkins Consultants Limited but things are shaping up really nicely.” The roof sits above a 6,500 square foot pavilion-style contemporary home, taking advantage of the sloped site with semi-subterranean levels. #ContemporaryNewBuild #PrimeResidential #FineBuilding

500m² of concrete roof is now in place at our Buckinghamshire project. We’ve just completed two major concrete pours for this striking pavilion-style home in Buckinghamshire, designed by the talented Mullery Architects At 6,500 square feet, this multi-level residence is really taking shape – we’re about two-thirds of the way there now. The sensitive, semi-subterranean design works with the natural slope of the site. Once complete, it will blend into its countryside setting with green roofs and extensive landscaping. To take full advantage of outdoor living, we’re scheduled to complete next summer.
