We’re proud to have been Civil & Structural and MEP engineers on the refurbishment of a stunning Grade II-listed building at the historic Harrow School. This project showcased the perfect blend of regeneration, conservation, and collaboration to reinvigorate an unloved and unused area of the Grade II listed Headmasters House.   Key highlights include:   - Modification to floor plates to improve circulation and layouts - The addition of a new mansard roof to expand usable space - Re-servicing to bring the site to modern standards   To respect the school’s academic calendar, the project was split into two phases, requiring careful coordination and collaboration across teams and contractors.   This refurbishment is a testament to how thoughtful design and strategic planning can breathe new life into historic buildings while preserving their character for future generations.
