Today is #Worldmenopauseday and we've got a great article by Clare Knox, Organisational Psychologist and Founder of SEE HER THRIVE. Clare emphasises that while achieving a "Menopause Certification" for workplace support is commendable, it's only one part of addressing women's health. Many women face other conditions such as Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), endometriosis, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), which affect 75% of the female workforce. These conditions are often overlooked, despite costing the UK economy billions due to absenteeism.
