About us

Hertility is a women’s health company built by women, for women. We’re shaping the future of reproductive healthcare by pioneering unique diagnostic testing that provides data-driven and advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline and the onset of menopause. We provide expert advice, education and access to care - all from the comfort of your home. Our research trials are a step towards fixing the currently flawed system. 31% of women will suffer from a reproductive health issue at some point and through our research, we aim to reduce the time to diagnosis through advanced at-home testing and specialist gynaecological care. We tailor pathways to the individual's reproductive goals, whether it be to explore their ovarian health and fertility options or overall hormonal health, such as confirming a PCOS diagnosis. Currently, we can diagnose 9 of the most common gynae pathologies which may lead to reduced fertility and signpost gynae cancers. Ultimately, our aim is to change attitudes around reproductive health, both for individuals and in the workplace, and to encourage women to be proactive by tracking their reproductive health. We’re calling this the Reproductive Revolution!

Healthcare wasn't designed for women, so we made it our mission to change that. When the health system inherently dismisses women and puts them on waitlists, we knew we had to create a solution. Through our diagnostic testing, online consultations and end-to-end care, we aim to put an end to some of the tragedies that result from the healthcare crisis. Women deserve answers, even when there are no symptoms. Join the Mother of all Movements and share to help us reach more women.

That’s a wrap for our Red Paper events in both Ireland and London. 📽 We hosted these events to unite forward-thinking businesses, celebrate the launch of our ground-breaking report, and highlight the gender health gap in the workplace. The Red Paper was a collaborative report by Hertility and Riley. The decision to write it was fuelled by the inexcusable gap between words and actions. Many companies express their commitment to gender equality and employee well-being, yet many still fail to implement even the most basic necessities that could significantly improve the working conditions for women and AFAB individuals. If you're a HR Leader, you won't want to miss this❗ We filmed the London event so you can join the discussion and keep giving the gender health gap within the workplace the spotlight it deserves. Join Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Hertility, Deirdre O'Neill, HR Manager, Laura B. from Reproductively Responsible partner, Edelman, and Aine Kilkenny, Co-Founder of eco-friendly period product brand, Riley, to discuss the report findings and share actionable strategies to transform the workplace experience for women across the UK and Ireland. Hertility’s Co-Founder, and Chief Commercial Officer, Deirdre O'Neill, recently sat down with HR magazine to set the record straight on why all companies should be taking steps to be part of the ‘Future Workplace’. 🚀 Not only is being a progressive employer going to help employee wellbeing and retention, it’s imperative for business success. Our research suggests that companies with 1,000 employees, 50% female, highly skilled and with an average salary of £50,000, could be losing up to £1,469,352 per annum to reproductive health conditions. 📈 And aside from this, the lack of support that women face due to these conditions is intrinsically linked to mental health challenges. Women’s bodies for too long, have been misunderstood and Hertility’s mission is to change the landscape for women’s health, at home and in the workplace. We offer a Reproductively Responsible™ accreditation to forward-thinking employers, to help educate, facilitate conversations, provide employees with the tests and on-going care they could need, to thrive in their careers and outside. On Tuesday we joined HR In Hospitality and Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch - a Reproductively Responsible™ employer - for a breakfast event, to break down fertility stigmas in the workplace. ☕️💼 It was inspiring to see people coming together to spotlight a topic that’s often overlooked but deeply essential. Moments like these highlight the importance of the power - and the need - to keep conversations around reproductive health going, ensuring every workplace feels supportive, no matter where someone is on their journey. A huge thank you to our panelists for sharing their personal stories and helping foster open dialogue and a supportive workplace culture. All the insights shared were invaluable for guiding companies on how to implement policies and facilitate meaningful conversations with their employees on these often-taboo topics! As Menopause Awareness Month comes to a close, let’s keep the conversation going—menopause doesn’t stop just because October does. With around 13 million women navigating menopause and perimenopause at any time, it's up to all of us to continue building support year-round, whether that’s at home or at work. Together we can continue to break the stigma around female reproductive health and ensure that women everywhere get the help they deserve. Over 1,000,000 women in the UK left their jobs in 2023 due to menopausal symptoms. But still, many businesses haven’t introduced even the most basic policies that could significantly improve the working environment for women, increasing productivity, reducing absenteeism and resignations and helping them attract and retain top talent. So if your looking for: ✨ Easy-to-implement tips on how to support your workforce 📈 Insights on the real cost to your bottom-line 💼 What you can do as an employer 🔎 An overview of the menopause and symptoms Then read our Menopause in the Workplace Guide, and make sure to pass it on to anyone who you think could benefit from it: https://lnkd.in/eCrESU5J #MenopauseAwarenessMonth #Menopauseinwork #WorkplaceBenefits #NotOvaryacting
