We were thrilled to welcome the MP of Bristol South, Karin Smyth, to Hengrove Park in partnership with Goram Homes to deliver much-needed affordable homes in #Bristol. We’re proud to bring this development to life, showcasing on-site progress to MPs and government stakeholders, while supporting Bristol City Council’s commitment to delivering new affordable homes for the city. Key highlights include 53 affordable apartments in Phase 1: - 27 for social rent - 26 for shared ownership Future phases will include training and employment opportunities in partnership with the South Bristol Skills Academy, helping to support the local community beyond housing. We were excited to work alongside Anchor - England's largest not-for-profit provider of care for people in later life - and to celebrate the completion of The Wharf in Rochester, Kent. We were joined by representatives from Anchor and local dignitaries, including the Mayor of Medway Council Councillor Marian Nestorov, Leader of Medway Council Councillor Vince Maple and Cabinet Member for Community Safety, Highways & Enforcement Councillor Alex Paterson Launching later this year, The Wharf will offer: - 101 thoughtfully designed apartments for people aged 55+, available to rent or buy. - Amenities including a residents’ lounge, communal kitchen, guest suite, and hair and beauty salon. We were pleased to participate in the 'Sustainable Cities Challenges: Resources and Systems’ presentation delivered by University College London (UCL) and welcome 30 international students from UCL to Agar Grove. 🌍 Agar Grove is the UK’s largest Passivhaus development, delivering 95 new homes that are energy efficient and innovative in design. The masterplan for the regeneration of the estate also provides a total of nearly 500 homes for new and existing residents. On the day we were able to showcase how we’re addressing sustainability challenges through innovative design, energy-efficient systems, and community-focused regeneration projects. We are pleased the students enjoyed their visit and we wish them the best of luck for their studies and future careers. #TheHillGroup #SustainableLiving

Meet Joseph, the newest bricklaying apprentice at Park Avenue, delivered in partnership with PA Housing in #Southall Joseph joins St. Albans Brickwork LTD to help deliver 513 new sustainable homes across five high-rise residential buildings, as well as commercial and community spaces. We’re proud to support the next generation of talent in the construction industry and believe in the power of apprenticeships to create opportunities for growth and skill development. A big well done to our partners and apprentices for their dedication and hard work.
