We were delighted and proud to be invited to the opening ceremony of the Jubilee Sixth Form Centre at Beths Grammar School. Mr Louie French Conservative MP for Old Bexley and Sidcup was accompanied by former mayor of Bexley Eileen Pallen to cut the ribbon on the official opening. This week we handed over and launched our latest project at Co-op Manor Hatch in Harlow. The 5 week project saw the store completely stripped out back to shell. New roof installed, new electrical installation, new CO2 refrigeration system including two new external cold stores freeing up much needed space in the tight warehouse. Brand new back of house configuration. Special thank you to our site team and supply chain for getting this project delivered.

Hutton Shopfitting have been working with our client Co-op to install new service hatches for the ever expanding online convenience shopper market. The new hatch and kiosk storage enables the store to process these online orders without any disruption to the in store customer. This site in Basildon was selected due to the high volume of online orders they service. Our contracts manager Wayne Rockenbach was on hand to assist with the first orders to go out!

Grimes Graves Neolithic Flint mine was awarded two structural timber awards recently, for best project and most sustainable. Proud to have been the Project Manager on such a complex yet successful build. Well done to Ramboll and Mawson Kerr Architects but especially the contractor, Hutton Construction Ltd, for a solution-based build.

Today was the launch of our latest project for the Co-op. The refit of the store in Cheriton, Folkestone. The 9 week project comprised of full external renovations to various roofs, gables and exteriors of the above commercial property. Internally the co op store was stripped back to shell and fitted out with the new spec CO2 refrigeration, lighting and service offers. Massive thanks to our site manager Neil and the team on site. Thanks to all the project team involved as well.

Today was the successful launch day for our recently completed refit for the Co-op in Teynham, Kent. The works comprised of the comprehensive strip out of the store back to a shell and demolition of external buildings. Installation of new shopfronts, ceramic flooring, full new electrical installations, new LED lighting, new CO2 refrigeration systems, new roof to the store and reconfigured back of house with new external cold-rooms. Massive thanks to our site team and supply chain who have delivered an excellent project which was well received by the Co-op store and operations teams
