This 15th August, our India offices in Noida and Gurgaon (GGM) came together to honour the 77th year of India's independence—a milestone that reminds us of the power of unity and collaboration. As part of a global organisation, we take pride in celebrating the diverse cultures and histories that shape our values of Openness, Passion and Family. We believe that when we unite, we create an environment where everyone can thrive—just as India has for 77 years. The celebrations were a vibrant display of patriotism and teamwork. The tricolour theme was everywhere, symbolising our shared values. Our teams, dressed in their best ethnic wear, participated in specially designed activities that emphasised the importance of working together to achieve our common goal: improving patient care. We ended the day with music, dance, and the joyous laughter of colleagues who understand that true independence means lifting each other up. As we celebrate our nation's freedom, we also celebrate the freedom we have at ICG to innovate, grow, and support one another. Introducing Tersia Ihlenfeldt! Tersia Ihlenfeldt is a remarkable woman who was born in Cape Town, South Africa, and is an essential member of our team at ICG Medical. She spent 14 years working as a Compliance Officer in UK Compliance before moving on to become a Recruiting Manager, Compliance Manager, and Senior Compliance Manager. She moved to the USA market recently and has been working as a Sales Manager for the last seven months. In addition to her career accomplishments, Tersia like going camping and spending time with her children. She is a proud mother of two boys, four and seventeen years old. Tersia has a great belief in the ability of self-reliance. She says it so beautifully: "Happiness is independence." Meet Hayley Bester! Born and bred in Cape Town, South Africa, Hayley Bester is an incredible woman and a vital member of the ICG Medical team. She is currently our CRT Resourcing Manager and has 6 years of industry experience, including 2 years as a CRT Manager. Hayley enjoys reading and spending time with her family in her personal life. She gracefully and devotedly strikes a balance between her personal and professional lives as a loving mother of three.  Hayley is a firm believer in the strength of individuality. "Independence is the foundation of freedom and the key to unlocking one's true potential," she says so sweetly. “It gives women the confidence to take charge of their life, make their own decisions, and shape their own destinies. She also adores her dog, Levi, who is a constant source of joy and companionship.   Hannelize believes strongly in the power of women supporting each other.
