Daisy Lloyd -DZY is an emerging photographer and entrepreneur from Birmingham, using her platform @womxninwest to elevate female and gender-minority talent in the West Midlands music scene. Daniella Robbins - Daniella, a passionate music fan, has diverse industry experience since 2007. Hazel Durrant - An accomplished talent development professional with over 25 years of experience, specializing in sustainability and growth in the cultural and creative industries. Jessica Johnson - Jessica Johnson is an artist manager focused on A&R and development, dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering authentic connections between artists and their audiences. Johnathan Homer - Johnathan, a music lover from West London, has 15 years of experience running live events and working with major labels like Universal, focusing on discovering unique voices. Luca Aureli - Luca is a dynamic music industry professional with a background in artist management, A&R, marketing, and events. Founder of unfltrd Matt B. Thorns - Matt B. Thorns is an artist manager specializing in development and A&R who now leads an artist program at ELAM. Monique Eristhee - Monique began as a backing vocalist in 2004, transitioned to artist management in 2016, and developed a passion for A&R during a 2024 internship with iluvlive, focusing on nurturing new talent. Paula Flack - Paula Flack has 25 years in the music industry, previously at EMI Records, and now manages Vinx De'Jon Parrette and Mike McKenzie while providing artist consultancy services. Phoenix - Phoenix is an award-winning artist and project producer from Brixton, South London, dedicated to promoting talent from marginalised communities. PJ Somervelle -  A London-based music manager and independent A&R focused on grassroots UK R&B, Rap, and unique Pop, who showcased emerging artists as a journalist during the pandemic. Roché Writes- Meet Roché! With 6 years in the writing and music community, she excels at spotting talent and capturing artists' essence for her readers. Rocio Sanchez - Rocio has extensive music industry experience and now freelances to develop marketing strategies, scout talent, and mentor emerging artists. Ruth Morgan - For four years, they’ve supported their daughter's music career, managing bookings and deepening their industry knowledge while nurturing emerging talent. Zacarias Charles - Zacarias is a media personality and presenter who hosts events like the Ivor Awards after-party and curates artist showcases at Kobalt Music.

iluvlive is thrilled to announce that PPL Giving will support its new genre-based series of events over the next 12 months. Managing Director Lauren Louise Powell says, “We're excited to return with Bloom on July 30th alongside ERNB. We're honoured to showcase the best upcoming R&B artists in the UK and to have the incredible support of PPL Giving.”

We're very excited to announce DeeRiginal and Drew. as the newest additions to our artist development roster in partnership with Stellar Songs. DeeRiginal is an artist from Central London who makes FRESH AIR MUSIC. He blends Grime, R&B, and spoken-word elements in his vocal approach. Since 2019, DeeRiginal has released an album’s worth of music, showcasing his evolving style and versatility. Drew. is a 19-year-old triple threat from London who showcases her raw, transparent, comforting indie-pop sound. Her initial rise was through her TikTok, where she amassed 200,000 followers.
