    We're still on a buzz from the Speciality & Fine Food Fair this week! Creating the 'Sake & Spirits of Japan' stand has been a truly unique project. We're proud to have been working alongside the team at Enshu, who were assisting 8 Japanese drinks exhibitors on behalf of the National Tax Agency of Japan. The outcome was an energising celebration of culture, people, and product that connected the exhibitors with UK markets.     The 25th Speciality & Fine Food Fair is live and flowing at Olympia Events today! We’re incredibly proud to be supporting Enshu Ltd, who are assisting 8 Japanese drinks exhibitors at the show on behalf of the National Tax Agency of Japan. The combination of an international client, the milestone year for SFFF, and a mix of extraordinary exhibitors (some of whom have never exhibited at a show of this size) has made this a unique and special project to work on, and one that we were excited to be a part of from the get go. After several months of planning, design, and creation, the final outcome is one that celebrates expertise, culture and the passionate people behind the Sake and Spirits of Japan - everything that Speciality & Fine Food Fair is all about.     Feel like brand and creativity are competing against each other at your events?  It doesn't have to be that way... The Barenbrug Clubhouse is a prime example of a stand that creates a strong sense of place, without sacrificing distinctiveness. So how did we make it happen? We began with a solid theme - the golf clubhouse was a space that felt native to Barenbrug's clients, so we crafted the stand on this strong, single concept. We created a warm and welcoming environment for guests - bringing in warm lighting, dark wood panelled walls, leather Chesterfields and a crackling fireplace. And with graphic windows overlooking a fairway, you could almost forget you were on an exhibition stand... Brand codes were embedded subtly in a way that would add to the theme, not contrast it. For example, the logo emblem was brought onto the design of the scatter cushions, fireplace, and even a custom carpet. By doing so we maintained Barenbrugs's distinctiveness, while adding to the theme at the same time. Achieving a 'Best Stand' award at BTME 2023 and more importantly, meeting all of Barenbrug's KPIs, we'd say we definitely made par with the Clubhouse stand. Want to know more about this project?     Looking for inspiration for your next experiential marketing campaign? Take a ride around our concept for Triumph Motorcycles. Taking inspiration from an existing campaign, the concept centres around the iconic Bonneville range.  Splintering out from the central Triumph logo are individual 'biomes' showcasing the bikes. Not only do the biomes create a sense of the world that each bike might inhabit, they connect the Triumph audience with the type of biker they aspire to be.  Whether exploring a sleek streetscape or secluded desert track, we wanted the immediate product experience to be as aspirational as possible, pushing brand and product up the benefit ladder.  What's more, each biome can be used as an individual display, making them useful for smaller events, pop-ups and product-specific activations as well as within the wider brand experience. #ExperientialMarketing #BrandExperience #Marketing

    Supporting clients like HDI Global at a range of finance events over. the years, we understand the importance of creating spaces that colleagues, clients, and prospects actually want to spend time in.  The focus for service-driven brands at events is naturally different to those in the FMCG world or in a heavily product-centred sector. Even more so in the finance sector, where building trust and relationships is crucial.  If you get it right, conversations might be longer, more in depth and more personal than at other types of event. But who wants to have lengthy conversations on a sad-looking stand that feels more padded cell than enticing brand space? It goes without saying that even the best looking stand will fall flat if the sales team are frosty, or the service offering doesn't stack up. Your stand is a tool within your event marketing, but it's one that can have a powerful impact on customers' experience of your brand. For HDI's stand at the Airmic Conference, we focused on creating a welcoming brand space that clients would want to spend time in and get talking to the HDI team. Mix & Twist provided the mocktail bar service, with the menu complimenting the 'Transform' theme of the event. The contemporary bar aesthetic continued across the stand, with stylish decor and touches of biophilia creating an inviting environment for guests to enjoy a refreshing drink and speak to the HDI team.
