Finally had a chance to cook this month’s Good Food cover recipe - a mouthwatering curry using the bespoke spice mix we created exclusively for our subscribers. This year we worked with award-winning food writer Chetna Makan to create the recipe; a brilliant collaboration that has helped increase new acquisitions by nearly 50% year-on-year. It’s one of my favourite editions to work on and think this has been the best yet! IMfood
