A busy but great day catching up with existing contacts and meeting a few new ones. Thanks to Claire Bicknell for a great lunch at the Catena Network Directors Lunch. The food and conversation was spot on. A huge thanks to everyone who attended this week's workshop on building brand awareness and mastering digital PR - it was really great to meet you all! 🙌 This practical, hands-on session was hosted in London by our digital PR team, who helped 30+ senior marketers to: 🔹Establish their core offering (different to a brand's business offering!) and leverage digital PR activity to communicate it to a wide but relevant audience 🔸Identify the assets their business already has and how to leverage them to demonstrate E.E.A.T (experience, expertise, authority and trust) 🔹Measure and report on the impact of their efforts in a way that gains buy-in from key stakeholders We wrapped up the session with a keynote presentation from Helen Astroulakis, who is the acting VP of Marketing at Norse Atlantic Airways. ✈️ Helen shared her journey of helping launch a new airline from scratch, revealing the brand-building tips and techniques that took it from 0 to 1 million bookings. In March 2021, I joined Impression as a digital PR analyst. It wasn't the most conventional hiring process... At the time, there weren't any junior positions available for the PR team on the website, so I thought I'd take a shot at messaging the Head of Digital PR on LinkedIn - and lucky for me, ended up bagging an interview!
