  • 👏 we love to see business owners who take action, and it's a privilege to support them on their journey. Cara's strategy for Stellar Impact Ltd is realigned, and her first product - Sparkle Cards - has been launched (get yourself on the wait list for when they become available on her website!). The support we provide through Go Succeed NI is often quite comprehensive, so each client is provided with a detailed and bespoke summary report at the end of the engagement; as a reference document, to enable reflection, and with additional resources to continue to build on the work done during mentoring time. No quick handovers and leaving passionate entrepreneurs wondering 'what next?'. #GoSucceed #SmallBusiness #StartUpEcosystem #Entrepreneurship #NorthernIrelandBusiness #BusinessMentor #BusinessCoach #BusinessConsultancy

Over the last few months I have had the amazing opportunity of being on the Go Succeed NI programme.🤩🙌🏻 Today, I want to take a moment to give a huge shout out and thank you to these two fabulous ladies for all their help and support along the way! 🥰 Grainne O'Neill from Mid and East Antrim Borough Council has been an absolute dream to work with. ☺️ Having really taken the time to understand me and my business; her guidance on strategy and identifying opportunities and initiatives to drive growth for Stellar Impact Ltd, have been invaluable. 💫 I’m also soooo grateful to have had the wonderful Rachel Doherty from Inspired Business Consultancy as my mentor on the programme. 🙏🏻 Our sessions together couldn’t have come at a better time, as I was able to avail of her immense marketing knowledge and expertise to launch Sparkle! 🥳✨ Rachel was somehow able to get all my ideas and dreams for the future out of my head, and pull them into an actual workable strategy. 😲👏🏻 I now have real clarity on my direction and a tangible plan for how to get there. ⬆️ The final report Rachel provided me with just shows the huge amount of time and effort she puts into setting her clients up for success. It is going to be an incredible resource for me to move forward with! 🤩So thank you again Rachel! If you haven’t already explored the Go Succeed programme - I strongly recommend you check it out. 🌟 #businesssupport #gosucceed

Inspired Business Consultancy shortlisted as a Finalist for Northern Ireland in the UK StartUp Awards 2024 🥳 The UK StartUp Awards was launched to recognise the booming start-up scene across the UK. Over 900 businesses have been shortlisted across 10 regions for this year’s awards, with 33 shortlisted in 11 categories in NI. The contribution of all the firms - which were started in the last three years - is significant, having created nearly 6,000 new jobs since they were established and generating annual sales of £480 million. Founded by Rachel Doherty in 2021, Inspired Business Consultancy has been nominated for the Business, Consulting & Management StartUp of the Year Award in Northern Ireland. Supported nationally by ScoreApp, GS1 UK, Starling Bank, OVHcloud, GiftRound, and Airwallex, the programme will celebrate the achievements of the amazing individuals who have turned an idea into an opportunity and taken the risk to launch a new product or service. The cohort of finalists will be considered for the regional prizes by a panel of seasoned judges with experience founding or supporting entrepreneurial ventures. The winners from each region will then be invited to the first UK final taking place at Ideas Fest, the 'Glastonbury for Business' festival in Hertfordshire on 12th September 2024. Professor Dylan Jones-Evans OBE, the creator of the UK StartUp Awards, said: “Start-up businesses are the lifeblood of any economy, being responsible for new jobs, innovation, and wealth creation across the UK. All the finalists this year represent the best of those entrepreneurs who have spotted an opportunity and through their sheer hard work, talent, and perseverance, have created amazing new businesses that are creating real impact in their sectors. Building on the success of previous years, we are now looking to identify the ‘best of the best’ with all the finalists who win their category in their region going on to represent their region at the first ever UK National StartUp Awards final later this year”.

  • Time for an obligatory Christmas post! It's hard to believe Inspired has been a full time endeavour for almost 12 months, and what a brilliant year it's been. Thank you to our Clients for working with us, and the friends, family, colleagues, and associates who have supported us. There are far too many to mention! Rather than corporate gifting this year, around two weeks ago we made a donation to Cash for Kids Northern Ireland. Hopefully, our Clients won't mind not receiving a box of chocolates so instead a child or young person in Northern Ireland could get a gift this Christmas. Friday, 22nd December will be the last day in the office before the Christmas holidays, and we'll be back to business on Wednesday, 3rd January. Q1 is shaping up to be busy already, so if you have a project you're wanting to kick off, get in touch to make sure we can schedule you in. Wishing you all a happy and healthy Christmas and New Year, we'll see you in 2024!
