📣 Call for Evidence: Project OSCAR on Work-Related Stress We are excited to announce that our call for evidence on Project OSCAR is now open! We need your research evidence and expertise to help answer the Health and Safety Executive's three priority questions on work-related stress: -What primary and secondary control measures or interventions show efficacy for preventing and mitigating work-related stress? -How is work-related stress assigned and labelled? -What are the enablers and barriers to organisations effectively controlling work-related stress risk? Project OSCAR (Occupational Stress Consultation and Research) is a collaborative effort by @Affinity Health at Work, the Institute of Occupational Medicine (IOM), and the Institute for Employment Studies (IES), funded by the The UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE). We invite employers, clinicians, occupational health/wellbeing leaders, advisory agencies, support charities, professional bodies, unions, and academics to share: 🔹 Best practices 🔹 Guidance resources 🔹 Relevant literature on work-related stress Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping policies and providing practical guidance for employers to manage and reduce work stress effectively. 🔗 Submit your evidence here: https://ow.ly/z13Y50SF7Ya 📅 Deadline: End of September 2024 Please share this request with anyone who might have valuable insights. We aim to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, so let us know if you’d like to stay updated with our findings. If you have any questions, please contact us at: oscar@affinityhealthatwork.com.
