After an amazing 4 weeks, our Women in Entrepreneurship Programme has come to an end ✨ Congratulations and thank you to the talented group of local business owners who took part, it has been a pleasure getting to know everyone! During the final session yesterday, they each delivered a presentation outlining their business model, goals, brand and marketing strategy, and future plans. It was fantastic to see how far everyone has come since week 1 and to hear about their exciting next steps. Thank you to Katie for baking some delicious biscuits with empowering slogans on them, and Jen for sharing some lovely crystals with the group. We were also joined by a very special guest speaker, Gillian Hemmings, who owns the local business Candi Co Jewellery. Gillian actually took part in the Women in Entrepreneurship Programme herself in January - it was really inspiring for our attendees to hear about her exciting business journey and what she has achieved since completing the programme. It was also great to be able to help her with some live market research! Thank you, Gillian. The sun was shining in Bathgate for the third session of our Women in Entrepreneurship Programme yesterday! ☀️ It was another interesting week for our attendees, with a focus on brand evolution and adopting a marketing mindset. They began by re-evaluating their existing brand, before our host Michelle Brown broke down the 8 steps of building an effective band strategy. They also discussed how to create a brand personality, with Michelle sharing some great case studies.
