Brilliant to see the progress being made on our scheme in Tewksbury - The Cotswold Designer Outlet 🛍 We are currently finishing the 1st & 2nd fix phase of installation with testing / commissioning imminent. The outlet is ideally positioned with road, motorway and rail links right on it's doorstep. The impact of tourism and day visitors to this area will provide up to 40% of total sales as the destination stands to cement itself as a must-see calling point when travelling north or south on the M5 en route to the south coast, to Birmingham or the Cotswolds. After the success of our apprentice volunteer initiative in 2024 where we donated over 300 hours to good causes, we are actively looking for more community & charity groups to support this year. We offer 2 days paid leave per year to our apprentices so they can go into the community and help where it is needed. It gives the young people that work for us a greater understanding of what is outside of their normal day to day work environment, gives them necessary life experience and we take pride in giving back a little! The Vehicle Storage and Support Programme (VSSP) has successfully delivered another key facility into service at MOD Ashchurch. This building provides increased capability to both receive platforms into storage and to issue vehicles out to units for operations and training. The facility – which is the sixth successful building handover on site in the past 12 months - comprises 5 vehicle lanes, store rooms, welfare facilities and office space. It will provide a significantly better and more efficient working environment for site users. VSSP is the largest Army infrastructure investment programme currently in delivery. Once complete, it will provide modern sustainable storage and maintenance solutions for more than 4,000 vehicles, enhancing operational readiness and supporting future capability. @mod_dio@skanska

📢 Project Completed 📢 We are pleased to have completed the MEP works for Datel Services Ltd new offices! The team undertook the refurbishment for Datel installing all new small power, lighting, fire alarm, air con & water systems. Another ongoing project working with BOUYGUES UK 🏗 JFK have been instructed to undertake the D&B electrical installation of the new outlet centre just off the M5 in Tewksbury. Once completed, the scheme will create up to 500 new retail jobs across more than 55 individual stores & restaurants. We look forward to getting this one over the line in the coming months! 👷🏽♂️👷🏽♀️⚡️
