Over 16 months of relentless dedication, navigating through the complexities of safety documents and compliances for a new market tested us. There were moments when the barriers seemed never ending, but with support from our KC team, consultants, and the incredible Kult App partners, we overcame every obstacle. Stepping foot in Mumbai, immersing in the vibrancy of the city, and collaborating with the KULT team was an amazing experience. Sharing the essence of Karla Cosmetics with them in a fun commercial video for the grand launch, was truly magical. A big thank you to Sophie Treasure my team leader for cosmetic production, who ensured that every product handcrafted by our amazing lab team for KULT was nothing short of perfection. Months of preparation and a seamless transition from shipping everything from the UK to India were made possible by her dedication. The entire team was thrilled to have you on this journey with us too with your husband by your side. It’s been tough for us all, but these moments are it worth it. My strength, my husband Steve Rose and director of Karla Cosmetics, stood by my side through it all, cheering me on every step of the way. The hospitality made us feel like royalty, and our hearts are already set on returning this year for more work and fun adventures.
