This morning we hosted a roundtable discussion on the prevention of fraud within the insurance industry, kindly sponsored by Lord Browne. It was fantastic to be joined by two Ministers, Lord Hanson and Minister Gould, as well as Mark Cheeseman OBE, CEO of the Public Sector Fraud Authority. We discussed a number of topics, in particular encouraging more data sharing within the industry and across connected sectors as well as harnessing the opportunities of artificial intelligence. We are heartened to hear that the Government is committed to further the fight against fraud. We look forward to working with the Government and our industry colleagues in the future. Samantha R.
