🏗️ PROJECT UPDATE 🏗️ Works are progressing well at Tustin Estate, Southwark, in partnership with BOUYGUES UK. For this project, we are supplying multi-divisional works, covering SFS, Drylining and Decorations packages, nearing and on target for completion of July '25. Upon completion, this major regeneration will deliver 700 homes, including council, keyworker, and private housing, alongside a central park, refurbished council homes, and commercial spaces. ✅ 100% Metsec SFS fully completed ✅ 100% Drylining First & second fixes in Block C completed ✅ 50% Tape and joint completed 🔧 High percentage of Drylining second fixes in progress 🔧 75% Dulux Trade Supermatt spec decs completed in Block G 🔧 50% mist coats completed in Block C We’re proud to be part of this worthwhile project and look forward to seeing the finished development. #Construction #Drylining #Decorations #SFS #NewBuild #Bouygues #London

We are proud of our contribution to International Careers week promoting opportunities within the Keylon Group and the wider, often overlooked construction industry.   On Friday, Terence Durkin from Keylon Interiors Decorations Division, together with Simon Blake of Pines Carpentry LTD attended Langley Boys School Careers Fare in Beckenham where they met students of all ages. 🏗 PROGRESS UPDATE 🏗 Solid progress being made on site by our Drylining Division at Britannia Phase 2B in Hackney for Ardmore Group, with completion on track for December 2025. Drylining first fix at the 371 plot mixed tenure residential scheme is ongoing whilst a release of a large number of units is imminent, which we are well prepared to commence and are keen to get cracking on. With fire protection due to commence early April and tape and joint in May we’re looking forward to seeing the finished project taking shape. Keylon Interiors’ are delivering a full Siniat internal Drylining specification together with fire protection package which will be to a Hilti specification. Keylon Interiors, together with our sister company, Pines Carpentry, are looking forward to a strong finish, seamlessly delivering multiple trades packages consisting of; 🔹 External façade works – Metsec SFS, Sheathing board, Nordan Windows & doors, EPDM and breather membrane. 🔹 Internals: • Floor screed, fire stopping, BG drylining to walls & ceilings, tape & jointing + mist coat • First & Second fix carpentry, Fire Doors, Wardrobes, FF&E Set on the London South-East Colleges’ Greenwich Campus, the first phase of this transformational development will provide 76 mixed tenure apartments towards the final total of 294 new homes together with a new, state-of-the-art learning environment and are hopeful (and confident) that we will be to be part of the wider delivery team on the future phases. HAT-TRICK OF WINS 🏆🏆🏆 We’re thrilled to announce that this week our Decorations Division has secured three new projects. All to a Dulux paint specification and with a combined value of £1.9m, upon completion they will deliver a total of 821 much needed new homes across London and the South East. Two of the projects are for ongoing clients, Telford Living and Lovell Partnerships Ltd, with the third being for new client Anderson's on their multi-phased Erith development. The Alperton Bus Garage, South Thamesmead and Erith Hills schemes reflect Keylon’s core regeneration market and the teams for each are really looking forward to getting started on the respective sites over the course of the next few weeks. 🎨 Project Progress Update 🎨 We’re pleased to report that decorations are progressing well on-site at the 420 unit, Capital Interchange Way project, Brentford, for our client, Telford Living. Our digitised QA system is being used to great effect by our onsite Supervisors, Ciprian and Lyudmil to assist them in achieving a high quality of finish. The first 20 units have been completed using a Dulux Airsure specification, benchmarking the standard for the remainder of the project. We look forward to building upon this strong start for our ongoing client, Telford Living and following through on our reputation for delivering large scale new build projects to programme, on budget and of course achieving the high level of quality that we are known for. 🎨 Project progress update 🎨   We are excited to share the latest progress on the Kodak, Harrow project for our client L&Q.   Marketed as Portra Rise Development, based on what was once the home to the iconic Kodak Alaris Factory and just a 10-minute walk from Harrow and Wealdstone Station, this project aims to produce 747 new homes, in which we have carried out the decorations to a full Dulux specification throughout.    As we are nearing completion, we are happy to confirm the current progress:   - Blocks A&B: All apartments are complete; communal areas nearing completion. - Block C: Approximately half of the apartments are finished; work continues on the remaining units and communal spaces. - Block D: Fully handed over to our client, L&Q.   We are on track to complete the entire project by the end of March! 🏁   Once complete, this development is set to redefine urban living in Harrow, offering a range of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes under the London Living Rent Scheme. 🤝 PROJECT WIN 🤝 We’re thrilled to announce that Keylon Interiors has been awarded the decorations package for the latest phase of the Eddington development in Cambridge by Bennett (Construction) Ltd. This phase consists of 114 residential units across two blocks, marking another milestone in the creation of a 373-home single-family housing development within this community. Our scope of work for this project includes full #decoration services, using Dulux Vinyl Matt for walls and ceilings, with a colour match to the Dulux Heritage Range for woodwork in the apartments. For the corridors, we will use Dulux Diamond Matt in tinted colours, with contrasting front doors. The Eddington project is about far more than just homes. It’s designed to foster community and sustainability, offering a communal pavilion, gym, yoga studio, private dining room, bike café, games room, cinema, and co-working space. The project is targeting Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5 and is fully compliant with the new Part L Building Regulations, showcasing a commitment to cutting-edge sustainability standards. 🤝 PROJECT WIN 🤝 Back with a Bang at Barking! We're really pleased to announce that Bellway Homes has awarded us the contract to work on the new development at Fielders Quarter at Barking Riverside - part of the award-winning Barking Riverside regeneration project. The development will consist of 286 new homes for private sale, with the remaining 154 properties available through the London Affordable Rent scheme or shared ownership on land formerly occupied by Barking Power Station. The project will include five apartment blocks with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. It will also include an on-site concierge, a gym, and a work hub. This will make it one of Europe’s largest place-making projects! Our involvement in the project will focus on 440 units and the installation of SFS Infill, sheathing board, breather membrane, EPDM, insulation, brick tie channel, and windows.
