Have been a little quiet on here recently (and for me to be quiet is a feat in itself!) I cannot believe I have been with KHK Capital for 3 months now and time definitely flies when you are having fun. Didn't want you thinking we were sitting here twiddling our thumbs so here are a few of the completions we have had recently. Just a quick reminder of some of the reasons we complete deals: - No hidden fees. - Logical decisions with direct access to our underwriters. - Hands on sales team who are very happy to help with any queries you have Dov Ezekiel. - Credit backed terms always provided. If you have any questions or a new case to discuss, do not hesitate to give Dov Ezekiel or I a call.

Despite having taken many hits over the past few years, the commercial property finance sector has shown its resilience. With the commercial lending market being at a critical juncture, according to UK Finance, it is time to take an in-depth look at this sector's good, bad and ugly, to see what may be in store for this resilient market this year and beyond—which is exactly why we have dedicated the latest issue of the B&C Magazine to the commercial market and its many sectors! The Commercial Horizons Issue delves into the latest developments in the commercial property lending market. On the back of the recently expanded PDR, we take a look at commercial-to-residential conversions with Octane Capital to highlight the trends seen in this market and identify what makes a successful conversion project. We also uncover the hidden difficulties of investing in care homes, with the help of Max Lewis from Hilco Real Estate. Of course, this issue wouldn't be complete with an in-depth analysis of the commercial refinancing wave set to hit the market. With 42% of £170bn of outstanding commercial loans due to be refinanced within the next 12 months, could this potentially cut the sector's legs right as it's trying to get back up? We set out to answer this burning question and uncover the dangers commercial property investors could soon face, with the help of several experts from Together - loans, mortgages & finance, Goodman Corporate Finance, Capital Value Surveyors Limited, YBS Commercial Mortgages, Enra Specialist Finance, Coreco, MERA Investment Management, Mortimer Street Capital, P10 Financial Group, Octopus Real Estate, and Ortus Secured Finance. Plus, we bring you exclusive interviews with Emma Ross, Ortus Secured Finance's CEO Jon Salisbury, Roma Finance's founder and managing director Scott Marshall, KHK CAPITAL LIMITED's senior BDM Dawn Trustam and Morpheus Lending's CEO and founder Matt Mawdesley and operations director Richard Lawton.
