Yesterday, on August 20th, Viltra welcomed delegates at the Hillgrove Hotel in Monaghan for an insightful seminar on Drip Dispersal Technology. This is an innovative, viable alternative to direct discharge to watercourse where a home or business is struggling to find a solution for its wastewater treatment disposal. The seminar included a site visit to a local nursing home which had drip technology installed more than 9 years ago. Thank you to our team for managing the event, all those who attended, and Mullinahinch Nursing Home and Hillgrove Hotel for hosting us.   If you would like to find out more about Drip Dispersal, Viltra is hosting a webinar tomorrow (Thursday 22nd August) from 11am-12noon. It's not too late to sign up! Simply private message us and we will send you the joining details or contact us on enquiries@viltra.co.uk to organise an information seminar for you and your colleagues. #Seminar #Innovative #NewTechnology #TeamViltra

We have taken a little R&R over the last couple of weeks before we ease ourselves into the Autumn. As we start to slowly ramp back up again we have some exciting plans in the pipeline. We are looking forward to continuing to strategically brand build for our clients with some great events and initiatives coming up. This includes a programme of awards and promo opportunities across the Autumn/Winter. In September, we are looking forward to kicking off a Community Consultation process; a significant capital project campaign with a client; as well as a UK wide PR campaign for a major NI brand name. Deborah (King) Loughran also has a number of speaking, hosting and podcast bookings in the diary. And….. we are very excited to say we will be shortly launching our online communications training/mentoring programme - “What is Your Why?” This includes one to one time and group sessions. Sometimes we feel guilty about taking time out, but when you do, you realise it gives you proper time to focus on what’s next. So as we continue to ease ourselves back into the real world, feel free to give KC a follow, drop us a message if you want to find out more about what we do, or to register your interest in ‘What is Your Why?’….. #timeout #clients #communication

As we look towards the final quarter of the year, I have been thinking/talking a lot about strategy. A lot of SMEs, sole traders and even marketing people don’t have time to really think about, or work on, their ‘why’. I am considering hosting an online workshop in this area - ‘What is the why behind your comms and marketing’. (Likely 2 x 1.5/2hr webinars and and half an hour one to one session for each participant to discuss specific issues). I’m doing a little market testing- is this something you might be interested in attending? I would appreciate your feedback. Thanks!

Private houses and commercial entities can look alternatives to direct discharge to watercourse, such as by using Drip dispersal technology. Join this free webinar to find out more. Are you an architect, engineer, site assessor, or work in construction? Have you heard about Drip Dispersal Percolation Technology as a solution for domestic and commercial wastewater treatment dispersal? Viltra is one of the industry leaders in delivering this tested, innovative solution at sites where direct discharge to a water course may be the only solution. Direct discharge constraints are getting tighter due to the negative impact this can have on waterways in Northern Ireland. In ROI, this issue has resulted in sites being refused planning due to poor percolation values and/or space constraints. Drip dispersal not only offers an environmentally friendly alternative but it can actually reduce the nutrient content through natural dispersal and evapotranspiration. Are you interested in learning more? Viltra is hosting a one-hour webinar from 11 AM - 12 PM on Thursday, August 22nd via Teams. Joining details will be sent following registration. Book your space free space here: https://lnkd.in/ew5mYh_J Everyone is welcome! We look forward to seeing you there as we all work towards seeking alternatives to protect our waterways while supporting industry and development. Submit any questions in advance through the booking form. You can also find the link by clicking the three dots on our profile and selecting 'Register.' #Webinar #WaterIndustry #DripDispersal

We’re proud to be part of the team helping to ‘Be the Change’- it is fantastic for Women's Aid Armagh Down to have Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council and NMD Business (Newry, Mourne and Down District Council) on board to help drive home this messaging. #bethechange #changingbehaviours #stopandthink

Following on from our sold out 'Be the Change' conference earlier this year - Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council in partnership with Newry and Mourne District Council were inspired to become part of the change. Yesterday marks the launch of their ‘Stand Up. Speak Out. Be the Change’ Campaign. “This campaign aims to show men in our society that this sort of behaviour is not just ‘banter’ and, in fact, can be terrifying for women on the receiving end of it,” commented the Lord Mayor of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon, Sarah Duffy.
