Hear from our Founder & CEO Yoyo Chang “Dear Kody Community,   As we come to the end of 2023, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all our merchants, employees, and partners for your trust. Your commitment to us has made this year an extraordinary part of our journey. Thank you for being an integral part of our success this year. In just 18 months since our public launch, we have scaled our annualised gross payment to US$0.5 billion, increasing at an average of 25%+ month over month. During the year, we have continued to double down on where we first started in the full-service restaurant market segmentation within hospitality. As a result, we are now processing for more than 2% of the full-service restaurant market in the UK and have welcomed some of the leading brands onto our platform, including Novikov, Le Gavroche, Fallow, Din Tai Fung, Royal China Club, Frog by Adam Handling, and Sumosan Twiga. In addition, we have also expanded our product offering to encompass embedded financial services and loyalty after rebranding from KodyPay to Kody. Furthermore, over 4 million consumers have used our platform, and we have collectively saved millions of pounds in transaction costs for our merchants. We have also successfully expanded into all four countries within the UK, with merchants located across England, Wales, Scotland and North Ireland. Towards the end of 2023, we have begun diversifying our offering in other industries, such as retail, and preparing for international expansion. We recognise we are in the infancy of revolutionising in-person payments, and this is just the start of our story in the evolving digital economy. I am incredibly proud and excited to step into 2024 with the Kody team, looking forward to what we can achieve together with the unwavering support of everyone involved.”
