Halloween fun at the Komfort Manchester Showroom! 🎃 Happy Halloween! Last week, we welcomed our partners from BDP (Building Design Partnership Ltd), Chapman Taylor, Stride Treglown, Ridge and Partners LLP, and Buttress for an evening where we channelled our creativity into some good old traditional pumpkin carving. A key focus of this role is to develop, implement and maintain health and safety best practice across the business at all locations, including external site projects, ensuring the business and employees comply with all current health and safety legislation, including codes of practice, official guidance and Komfort standards. Office Changes has successfully completed projects for British Airways Holidays on numerous occasions, and for many years. In the late autumn of 2023, Office Changes was approached as a trusted and reliable partner to relocate their business to the prestigious The Create Building, in Crawley. We are delighted to share a tour of the site. Having coped with the limitations of an old and tired building for some time, it was crucially important to ensure the new British Airways Holidays facility was modern and sleek in design, set up for flexible working arrangements, encouraged collaboration between staff and teams, and included state of the art features and audiovisual equipment. The workplace includes a substantial kitchen, breakout areas, individual video conferencing booths, informal meeting pods, team collaboration spaces, private meeting rooms, a flexible multi-use training room and a 24-hour duty office, plus 190 hot desk workstations, with sit/stand desks. This fast-tracked design and build project was delivered on time and on budget, allowing for a seamless relocation and the absolute minimum amount of disruption to our client's business. Well done to the Office Changes team, our subcontractors and our suppliers, and good luck in your new home British Airways Holidays.
