Areej, who joined LACE Partners in September 2023, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Neuroscience, which give her a deep understanding of human behaviour and its impact on organisational success.   She began her HR journey at KPMG in their people and culture function before moving into talent acquisition and employee experience, where she honed her skills in talent enablement, employee engagement, and project management. Her passion for HR and her academic background bring a unique perspective to our team.
