Owner managed businesses are rightly nervous as the Autumn Budget approaches and speculation mounts regarding potential changes. Labour has pledged to make the tax system fairer, delivering economic stability with tougher spending rules, and growing the UK economy at the same time. Having ruled out changes to the rates of the UK’s major taxes, the government has been left with fewer options to raise revenue.
