We were delighted to welcome representatives from Merseyside Pension Fund and CBRE UK to our Heaps Mill site earlier today, along with our exclusive sales partner RWinvest. The tour showcased two completed developments - One Park Lane and Millers Place - as well as an on-site visit to view the ongoing construction of Maritime View and the historic Grade II-listed Mill. The 18th-century Mill will serve as the centrepiece of the development featuring unique apartments and residential amenities including a museum/café, spa, rooftop bar and terraces, as well as a newly created public walkway connecting the iconic waterfront to the development. Both One Park Lane and Millers Place are all sold out reflecting strong investor appetite within Liverpool city centre.

🚧 Construction Update🚧 Exciting progress across all our projects, with key completions just around the corner! Liverpool 🏗 One Park Lane & Millers Place nearing completion, welcoming residents by March. 🌆 The Gateway – Concrete frame rising fast, now at level 5. 🔨 Central Park – Fit-out well underway, with plastering, joinery, and façade work nearing completion. 🏛 Heaps Mill - Maritime View at level 4, while The Mill’s historic Grade II-listed walls are secured ahead of adjacent demolition. 🏡 Social Housing – Garston Baths & Runcorn High Street moving forward, with structural and glazing work progressing. 🏢Embankment Exchange, Manchester in final testing, with spa fit-out and external works wrapping up. 🏗 The Hive, Luton - The team is dismantling access scaffolding while completing final decoration and cleaning. 👷♂️A big year ahead - stay tuned for more updates! 👷♀️ #ConstructionUpdate #BuildingTheFuture #Progress
