About us

What fuels Leon is the belief that food should taste good and do you good. And that everyone should be able to enjoy it. To do this, we’ve set about to change the face of fast food. Our food is naturally full of flavour, full of goodness, and from people we know and like. We often cook with seasonal ingredients, olive oil and fresh herbs and spices. Back when we had one restaurant, what really made us believe we were on the right track was the passion, support and input of people who eat with us; it wasn’t all plain sailing, but the overriding message was that you were glad we were around. We hope you continue to think this and thanks for all your support so far. If you have anything to ask, say or suggest, feel free. People have been very kind about Leon but we’ve got a long way to go and we think there is always room for improvement. Leon are growing faster than ever before.   • It's time to meet our next LEON Legend: Rutvik, our amazing Supply Chain Co-ordinator! We caught up to chat about his inspiring journey at LEON and find out a bit more about his hobbies and interests... 1. Describe yourself in 3 emojis: 😁🍻⚽️ 2. Could you describe your role at LEON? I’m a Supply Chain Co-ordinator at LEON, and my role involves making sure our restaurants always have the stock they need. I work closely with various teams and suppliers to ensure smooth menu launches and I’m responsible for creating various reports. 3. What’s your favourite thing about working at LEON / biggest achievement? The best part about working at LEON is the amazing, supportive culture. Everyone brings something unique to the table, and there’s always an opportunity to learn from my colleagues. My biggest achievement? Starting as a Team Member and working my way up to being promoted to Head Office as a Supply Chain Coordinator! 4. What’s your favourite book or movie? My favourite book is Shoe Dog by Phil Knight, and my go-to movie is The Shawshank Redemption. 5. Favourite LEON dish? The Falafel Super Bowl with Golden Goddess sauce on top and extra Firecracker sauce on the side – can’t go wrong! 6. When you’re not working at LEON, where can we find you? You’ll probably find me at the pub with friends or hitting up a bowling alley. 7. If you were going to cook a dish for everyone, what would it be? A prawn curry with rice – simple, delicious, and a crowd-pleaser!
