    Do we need to accept that GenAI and bias always go hand in hand? 🤝 At our Natter & Deloitte roundtable for senior people leaders, 1 in 3 conversations cited bias and inclusion as a concern when introducing GenAI. It was a concern captured by Natter from corporate leaders around the globe 🌍 And it makes sense. Personal activity, data and private communications being monitored by opaque learning models to inform leadership certainly doesn't... feel great. Especially when regulation on LLMs remains so uncertain. With Natter, we want to have the opposite effect. Every feature, idea and product decision prioritises the principle of visibility, impartiality, and fairness. Without this, inclusion can feel like the opponent of AI, rather than its beneficiary. These benefits are actually the entire reason we exist. ✅ Natter gives everyone a voice, equitably, including those often overlooked. ✅ Natter empowers its users to remain anonymous if they prefer. ✅ Natter eliminates the barriers of job title hierarchy, cultures and geography.
