Lovely day for a site visit to Parc Pendre, Kidwelly 🌤️ Excellent progress has been made by Vaughan Construction Ltd over the past few weeks (helped by the good weather!) with piling complete, foundations poured, substructure drainage and blockwork well underway and beam & block flooring installed to Plots 1 and 2. Next week, the first sole plates are going down ready for Fforest Timber Engineering Ltd to deliver the first of the timber frame structures.
