Maria Gilbert, our Area Manager, says: “Achieving a ‘Good’ rating now reflects all the hard work that the managers and I have put in, and the entire area team is bursting with pride. Since the pilot phase began in 2023, we’ve rolled out this electronic care management solution across hundreds of our services. With Nourish, our support teams use a dedicated smartphone to record the support they provide – and it also enables the people we support to take part!
