Nobody becomes a support worker to do paperwork. Yet what seems like bureaucracy can be necessary to ensure that support is delivered safely and accountably. That’s where Nourish Care comes in. Since the pilot phase began in 2023, we’ve rolled out this electronic care management solution across hundreds of our services. With Nourish, our support teams use a dedicated smartphone to record the support they provide – and it also enables the people we support to take part! In this short video, the support team at our #Sunderland supported living service – along with two people we support – share their experiences since they started using Nourish. #ProudToSupport
